Owner, Co-founder and Marketing Director Lisa Herring Pomeranz brings experience In developing and implementing strategies and campaigns for new and existing products and services. She helps guide businesses through the strategic marketing planning phases of their business plan by determining requirements, creating effective business plans and leading product and service launches through effective presentation and communication strategies.
Lisa received her undergraduate degree in Engineering Marketing Management from George Mason University where she developed expertise in bridging the gap between the technical and non-technical aspects of the marketing campaign. Lisa brings experience as the marketing manager for Grant Thornton, LLP, a major accounting firm.

Hank Pomeranz
Co-founder and President Hank Pomeranz brings 4 decades of federal government experience to Business Development Solutions – including work within the government as well as with major defense contractors. Hank learned the procurement process from the inside first hand and then worked for companies like Northrop Grumman and Litton in applying best practices for winning business through quality proposals and sound approaches to Business Development. Based on his wealth of experience and training, Hank oversees the Business Development and Proposal support efforts for the company.
Hank holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and a Masters of Science in Business from Marymount University.
